The City of Folsom has a homeless navigator Nina Waxnik that you can reach at
(916) 215-3420 or at nwaxvik@sacselfhelp.org
She has office hours and accepts drop-ins at Powerhouse Ministries (311 Market Street) on Mondays from noon-4pm or on Thursdays from 9am – noon.

Powerhouse Ministries
We have an arrangement with Powerhouse Ministries, 311 Market St, Folsom to use an office to meet clients. A HART member is there on Tuesdays from 9am – 12pm. The City provided homeless navigator is there Mondays from 1pm -4pm and Thursdays 9am – 12pm. You are welcome to drop in or you can make an appointment by calling Powerhouse Ministries at 916-983-0658.
Additionally, the Folsom-Cordova Community Partnership brings a representative from their Job Center into Powerhouse on Thursdays from 9am – 12pm. Anyone is welcome to come in for assistance and access to computers for job searches.
People’s Guide
People’s Guide is a self-advocacy tool for people experiencing homelessness and low-income people. The People’s Guide is designed to give them tools to play an active role in making a difference in their own lives. The Guide is provides information about health care, housing, food, income, legal advice and employment from local, state and federal programs and community services in Sacramento County.
