HART of Folsom

HART Housing

Providing a stable foundation for Folsom's most vulnerable.

What HART's Housing Program Means for Folsom

In November 2018, HART of Folsom launched a transformative housing program aimed at helping individuals move out of homelessness to stability — and ultimately, to thriving lives as contributing members of our community. Each participant works one-on-one with HART's professional case managers to address underlying issues, create personal goals, and access vital resources.

With HART's housing program paired with hands-on, professional case management, the program serves Folsom residents experiencing homelessness who are ready to do the work of rebuilding. The goal is simple: help every participant reach lasting self-sufficiency, not just a temporary roof.

Building the Village

We are near completion of the housing village for students experiencing homelessness. This village will be more than a roof over 10 students per year —it will be a launchpad for their future. Join us this September as we push to finish this project with donations matched up to $15,000.

Finishing the Village: September Finishing Touches & Final Giving Campaign to Completion

Construction keeps moving! Utilities are in, concrete is poured, and fencing is up around the site — plus the new accessible parking area and lighted walkways are taking shape. Join us this September as we push to finish the Student Village: every donation is matched up to $15,000 through our current giving campaign. We're excited for the Student Village's continued progress and completion this fall.
