Event Details

Kick off the holiday season by browsing artisan crafts and enjoying delicious food from local vendors — a heartwarming day of shopping, eating, and community support that directly helps our unhoused neighbors.

  • When: Saturday, November 7, 2026 · 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Where: Folsom Community Center, 52 Natoma St., Folsom
  • What to expect: Artisan crafts · Local food vendors · Community spirit, all in support of HART's Student Village

Free to attend and open to the whole family — no registration required for guests.

Vendor Info

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor! Secure your table below, then review the rules so setup day goes smoothly.

Booth Setup & Hours

  • Load-in: 8:30 – 10:15 AM
  • Booth must be ready by 10:30 AM
  • Event hours: 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Load-out begins at 3:30 PM — booths must be broken down and vendors out of the building by 4:30 PM to avoid City late fees

Booth Requirements

  • Vendors provide their own table, chairs, canopy, and display items — HART cannot assist with loading, unloading, set-up, or clean-up
  • Display equipment must stay within the assigned 10'×10' space
  • 10'×10' canopies are only permitted in designated spaces (additional fee)
  • Spaces are marked by HART before vendors are admitted to the venue
  • No electricity access — battery-operated lighting only
  • Courtyard booths are discounted since they're outside, rain or shine

Booth Limitations

  • No open flames, incense, or hazardous materials
  • No cooking indoors — food vendors must have appropriate permits
  • No amplified sound at booths
  • Booth activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the event

Conduct & Compliance

  • Vendors are solely responsible for keeping their booth manned and intact until the event closes at 3:30 PM
  • Each vendor is responsible for their representatives — professional behavior is required at all times
  • Park in the lot behind the Community Center after unloading supplies
  • Leave your area clean and trash-free before departing
  • Only one business per booth — space may not be sublet or shared
